Steve Cronin and his team at My Favorite Pool Builder just completed a full resurfacing, deck coating and pump replacement on our pool in Lake City. They were at the job site multiple days, when they said they would be there, and completed the contracted work with exceptional customer service and professionalism.

If you’re looking for a company with an old school work ethic who take pride in the job they are doing, contact My Favorite Pool Builder. Our pool and deck looks fantastic!

I would highly recommend my “ My Favorite Pool Builder ‘.I have been using them now for two years. I called in April of 2026. I told Terry Milligan that I believe my pool motor was going out within a few day's they had the new part came by and replaced it immediately. They also had fix a leak on my in ground pool they sealed it, and I no longer have to have the water overflow in my pool at all. I was so surprised when they were able to fix the leak and at little cost to me. Today in the mail, I received a check from My Favorite Pool Three months later, so I called Terry to find out why and he replied that I had paid them twice So they were refunding me the extra payment I had no clue that I had paid them twice. How many other companies would’ve sent you a refund especially if you didn’t have a clue that you overpaid them.
So again, I do highly recommend “My Favorite Pool Company."They are honest they do good work at a affordable price. Thanks again I greatly appreciate everyone there at My Favorite Pool.

I had my pool pump crash and had to buy a new one ! I called a few places and the best one is My Favorite Pool Builder Inc. ! Most places wanted to sell me the pump they have but I had already purchased one for half the price of most places. If you don't want to buy their package they tell you they can't help us with just installing a different pump, but I was recommended My favorite pool by my brother in law and I am so glad I listen to him. This company helped me out by giving me a quote to install my new pump even though I didn't buy their pump. They gave me an excellent price and even scheduled it for the same week. Their Technician Seth came out and within 1 1/2 to 2 hours was finished installing my pump and he even programmed the initial setup for me. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me and how fast they were able to have this project done. I recommend My Favorite Pool Builder for anything you need for your pool including new ones and one like mine that needed an installation of a new pump. Very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help.

They show up when they say they will and do the work with diligence and care. They researched the best repair options and provided me with the different options before letting me decide what was best. They also switched the pool up during the time we were waiting for the new system so that the pool would still run and wouldn’t turn green. Great people to do business with and great communicators!

We had a pool built by someone else ( mistake ) the builder didn’t know how to use the system. MFPB came out and had it running in a few hours. Thank you so much.
