Every member of our team is responsive, meaning every email and phone call gets answered immediately or at least the same business day. Yea I’m sure you’ve heard that one before, right? Well it’s true! One of my biggest pet peeves in life is someone not returning my calls, and I’m sure most people feel the same way I do.

Our customers also have our personal cell phone numbers, yes the same number my family calls me on, ask other companies if they will do that.

Just know when choosing My Favorite Pool Builder, “You’ve made the right choice”. Why the right choice! Steve, Shane and Seth Cronin, the owners are on every single project we do, along with our other family members and staff during every process.

Unlike other companies we do most of the work in house with our staff, other companies sub contract out most of their work (typically more than 20% of the project). When subbing out work you are sharing your work force, that sound great if you don’t have enough work to keep all of your staff busy. This also means you’re at the mercy of your sub-contractors as to when they can fit your work into their schedule.

The economy is picking up and the construction work force has shrunk. This means as the work increases the sub-contractors get stretched out more and those pool builder contractors that use mostly sub-contractors will take longer and longer to get their projects completed. This in most cases will mean the term on time and in budget could turn into a catch phrase not a promise. I myself would rather under promise and over deliver.
