Our team builds custom swimming pools and spas. Our concrete/Gunite pools are extremely durable and made with the highest quality materials. We are certified applicators for SGM, Quartz Scape, Stone Scape and Jewel Scapes plaster products. You must be a certified applicator to receive the manufactures warranty.

How does this Process Work?

• Initial visit and consultation phase.
• Verify that the company you are talking to is a state licensed Contractor (Should have their license number on their card.)
• Florida Contractors License search
• Make sure that they have General Liability Insurance, Workers compensation and Auto insurance for their company trucks. (Truck insurance and a driver’s license is not the licensed and insured you are looking for)
• Site review and project design, paper or software like Structure Studio that we use. Different companies have different means to presenting your design.
• Construction drawings and scheduling phase.
• Construction plan/permits and project implementation.
• Pool opening.
• Pool service and ongoing maintenance.
